I Can Make you Peaceful Pakistani Girl

I was always interested in studying about meditation. It started when I read somewhere that meditation helps bring inner peace; then I searched for it and the more I read about it,

the more interesting it seemed. People often say that meditation is a Buddhism practice. It’s not. It’s just a mental exercise which can bring you inner peace. When I started searching for meditation guide, I came across ‘Peace Revolution’ website which is all about teaching meditation and yoga. I signed up, practiced it daily for 40 days and after an interview, even got selected for a two weeks fellowship in Thailand! A number of participants were attending it, all from different countries. Spending two weeks on an island, completely disconnected from the world and social media, practicing meditation for hours with a diversified group of participants and highly educated monks as meditation guides, I had the best time ever. It gave me the opportunity to analyze myself, my life and problems. I realized that majority of my problems are just in my mind. If we start making peace with our inner-self, everything changes. We always blame others for our problems without realizing our own faults. Peace revolution’s logo says it all: Peace in, peace out - if you are peaceful with your own self, then you can make peace with your surrounding too.
