Find me here
- Open Skype and sign in with your username and password.
- From the menu Tools click Change Language and after that Edit Skype Language File…
- A window opens, containing all the different messages, menus, labels, descriptions and so on, that are used in Skype. In the lower part of the window there is a field for searching. In it you need to fill in the text you want to change. For example you can search for “Call”. When you click the button, the correct cell is selected.
- After you find the cell from the table, click in it and fill in the new text. The same way you can change as much as you want from the interface text in Skype.
- When you are done, click the button Save as… and save the file in a save location :).
- Click the button Load, find the file you created and open it.
- Hit the red X in the top right and you are done. If you ever want to switch back to the old file, go in Tools -> Change Language -> English (or whatever you have renamed it to ;))
